We'd be happy to help but we would need to start by seeing your balance assembly removed from the window, including the top and bottom fittings, to compare to our inventory. Note that the stamp code only indicates the spring strength needed to support the weight of the window sash. I can't be positive but it looks like you could have either the S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below and confirm that your balance has the same type of winged bottom fitting. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.
I would recommend double-checking the length of your metal channel, not including the end fittings, which would generally measure 30" based on your stamp code. You'll also need 2930 spring strength options for your replacement balances. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
For windows that are different sizes, you'll need to confirm that the other window uses the same type of balance and end fittings. If so, you'll need to measure the channel length and locate the stamp code on the balance to choose the corresponding strength option for your replacements.
Thanks for getting back to us. It does look like your second window would use the same type of balance depending on the shoe depth but you'll need 24" long channels and 2340 strength options based on your stamp code.
