Your balance appears to use the 19-041 top and the 15-005 if shoe if it has a 1" depth. Please review the dimensions below to confirm!

This configuration will require a custom order to assemble for you. To further review, are you able to confirm the length of the metal channel excluding the attachments and the weight of the window sash? The sash will need to be removed and placed on a bathroom scale. 

Please also confirm how many balances are needed. For custom orders there is a minimum of (2) required. Thank you!
