Balance

Question

Looking for a replacement part/balance for this type of balance. It seems the plastic piece broke and now the string does not move when you move the window sash up and down. The metal piece is about 32" long.
The window is about 72" tall if that matters.

Hello,

Your channel balance resembles the S795-32 at first glance. To confirm, you'll need to determine if the width of your T-lock shoe matches the 1-1/4" wide 15-195 used with the stock balance. Also, note that our balance uses a screw tab at the end of the pulley for installation. If the specifications match your balance, you'll need to locate the stamp code on your metal channel to choose the corresponding strength options from the S795-32 product page. Thank you!
