Not sure the correct one to go with. The window does tilt and the balance is 3/8" dia. x 30" (tube only not including heal or shoe or whatever the term is of the piece that attaches to window). All of the plastic clip things at the end would need to be included and we would need 3 sets of 30" and 1 set of 12". Thanks in advance for the help.

Thanks for waiting while we researched this further. Unfortunately, the balances are discontinued and no longer available. I'm afraid we can only offer the 17-059 bracket and 17-095 sash clip. I am very sorry that we can't be of more help; please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
