Thanks for your post! You have Extended-Travel Channel Balances. The length of the metal should be 20-7/8", excluding the top and bottom attachments. 

We can supply the replacements for them but they are a custom assembly. That said, to confirm pricing and availability for the replacements, I'll need to know the number of balances you'd like to purchase.

The quantity minimum is (2) balances.
