Balance

Thanks for your post! Your window balance is a tilt window spiral balance. The piece you are referring to as the footing is the pivot shoe. I've included video tutorials, below this thread, for instructions on removing/installing the hardware.

We can supply the replacements for both but I'll need to confirm a few details to identify each of them. For the shoe, I'll need to know the width (side to side) and the thickness (front to back) measurements.
