Cannot Find My Balance

I have a kinco balance that has broke, it's a 2820 with a bb at the end.i don't see a replacement for it on your site, is it repairable or do you have a replacement?

This looks like a typical balance. I see you were looking at our S351-21. In what way does this balance differ from yours?
