It's tough to say. Start with our S350-16 channel balance, this may be what you need. This comes with the 19-002 top and 15-004 bottom, so as long as those match you should be okay.

Are the guides attached? Mine are riveted in. Two are broken. Sorry for my ignorance. I'm just a female trying to not replace windows until next year. I do not know how to size the guides. Is what you recommend a standard size?

Yes, the nylon guides are attached to the metal channel before we ship them out. These balances come fully assembled and ready to install out of the box.

As for determining if the size of the guides are correct, you will need to measure your hardware with a ruler or tape measurer, then refer to the dimensions we show for each part to confirm everything lines up.
