I need 4 - 21" balance with the green tip but can't find how to select the green tip on your web site. How do I select it or what part number do I order? Do I need to call you to order it

I watched the video before I ever sent my question.
My message says I need a green tip which I can't find listed to place my order. The only thing I forgot to put in my messwage was the tube is 3/8". I watched the video again but it didn't tell me how to order a green tip balance.
Please provide more info to order what I need or a phone number I can actually call someone at to place the order instead of doing this run around

To select your tip color, compare the weight of your sliding window sash to the chart on the balance webpage. It will correspond to a color that isn't green, but it will still work if you measure the weight correctly.
