Spiral Balance, 31 inch, black tipped

The spiral balance for my window is 31 inches long and has a black tip. I did not see any black tipped balances on your site. Can you advise me what to do? Norm R

Hi Norm. We'd be happy to help. Can you send us photos of both ends of your balance? Is this for a tilt or non-tilt window? What is the diameter of the tube?

I have already ordered 2 balances from your company. The sash weights 18 pounds. The existing balances are 31 inches long and 3/8" wide. I ordered the green tip balances to match those dimensions and the adjusting tool.
