Balance 9D stamp and 16B

Need help to identify these (2) balance. Please see the attached pictures.

10" long 9D stamp and one 16-5/8" with 16B

We'd be happy to look into this for you but the balances shown in your photos are too damaged to identify. If you could Show us an intact balance from an identical window, including the pulley clip and both ends of the metal channel, we can go from there. Thank you!
