Looks like you need a hinge for a casement window and a balance for a hung window. For the hinge, consider our 36-048. This may work as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time.
I need more information to ID the balance, specifically a photo of the shoe at the end of the cord. Let me know if that's something you can get for me.
