Balance Assembly

Attached is a picture of a balance assembly per our conversation. The number on the balance is 34DS 42. It is 35" long. These are double insulated Windows. Can you please give me the correct information so that I can order new ones. See pictures attached.

Hi, Rose. From your photos and stamp weight code, it looks like you can use S385-35 with a spring weight of "3465," for a sash weighing between 39-42 lbs. Does that seem to match what you have?
