Thanks for writing in. This pivot shoe might be an older version of our 15-228, though you ought to remove it from the window and compare the width and thickness to confirm this. This shoe is compatible with our Series 160 Coil Balances. Remove your old spring(s) from the window and look for stamp codes on the spring weights. If there is none, or you are confused, weigh your window sash. Give us that exact weight, and we'll work out the spring weights that you need.
