Thanks for posting! This balance assembly can be replaced with the 15-252 Inverted Universal Dual Support, which is used with the Series 160 Coil Balances. Please see the video tutorial tagged below for detailed instructions on how to select the coils.

You'll need either the 16-032 Mounting Clip or 16-033 Mounting Bracket to replace the one anchoring your coils in the window track; their dimensions can be viewed directly on the website.
