I need assistance in picking the correct balance.

Window: Single pane, Single Hung Aluminum Non-Tilting Installed new in 1996 in North Central Florida
Sash Size is 51in W X 28in H Weight 17.4lbs

Balance resembles Series 380 or 385
Both balances are identical, with a broken pulley on one unit

Channel length is 27" (metal only)

Channel Width is 9/16"

Bottom Shoe Depth appears to be 7/8" (images attached)

Only Markings on unit is: 26 3 EO Caldwell

Any other pictures or information needed, please let me know. Ready to order ASAP.

Hi there!

We can help supply this balance configuration but it will need to be a custom order since your shoe is 7/8" deep. We will be using a 27" metal channel with the 19-005 top, 15-029 shoe and 2630 stamp to match what you show here. With that being said, I'm going to email you a purchase link and price quote for 2 balances that you can use to place an order on our website.
