Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't sell replacements for the balance spring shown here, unfortunately. You would need an all-new jamb liner which isn't something we can supply. If this is a wood window, your best bet is to contact a local millwork for assistance. I am very sorry that we couldn't be of more help.
