I need to replace a balance channel. 31" long, 9/16" wide with a stamp code of 3029SL. Canot find that stamp code on your website. Thank you

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this, but we'll need more information. Can you remove an undamaged balance and show us close-up photos of the top and bottom fittings? We will also need to know the exact weight of the window sash.
