Thanks for reaching out! I am confident we have the replacement balances you'll need, however, I'll need to see a photo of the balances removed from your window to determine the correct replacement. 

I am specifically looking to see the top and bottom attachments to identify the correct balances. Once we've identified the series, you'll be able to use the stamp to select the stamp option you'd need. The stamps only indicate the weight range your balances should support. It cannot be used to identify the balances, unfortunately.

This appears to be a photo of the measurement for the depth of your channel. Unfortunately, I am unable to use that information to identify the exact balances you will need.

I still need to see a clear photo of the top plastic attachment as well as a photo of the bottom plastic attachment.

The stamp provided will not help to identify the balances. It only indicates the weight range your balances should be able to carry. I'll need to see the requested photos to identify the exact series you'll need.
