These are the spring balances on the larger windows ... the springs appear fine but the 1/16th inch cord has snapped on some windows

Unfortunately, we do not carry replacements for this type of balance system. I'd recommend contacting a local millwork to see if they could fabricate the parts you need. Thanks for posting and good luck with your repair!
