Balance Help - Capitol E-500 single hung windows

I have 11 Capitol E-500 single hung windows (1984) with a removable lower sash. The Channel balance in each (2 per window are sampled # 2510). They are the block and tackle type and using your recommended measuring I measure 25 1/2 inches. However i can only find the #2510 channel listing with the 26 inch Series -372 channel balance. This seems the correct one for me. Also I have several springs which have broken. Do you sell the correct springs for the 2510 channel balance and any tool that helps install that spring?

Thanks for posting. If your balance is 25-1/2" long, it will have to be custom made. I don't think either the 26" or 25" will work for you. If you were interested, let me know how many you need.
