Good afternoon,
I am wondering if you could help me out with pricing and availability on this channel balance, I have a customer in need of 2 of these. The number starts with 29 but it measures 30".
Thank you!

We may be able to replace this, but I'm not sure what balance you have. There should have been a clip, hook, or shoe at the end of the cord, but the cord appears to have broken. Is there any way we can see whatever was at the end of it originally?

I have attached a picture of what is at the other end of the string. If you have any other questions please let me know. Thank you!
I am emailing picture separately, for some reason I cannot add it on here
Thanks!

Thank you! I think our S770-30 would be a good replacement option for this balance. The only issue is the stamp; yours is pretty weird for a Series 770. It should still work, but I'd recommend weighing your sash on a scale to confirm the best option.

Good morning,
I just got off the phone with my customer, he put his sash on the scale and it weighs 30 lbs. Will the S770-30 support that?
Thank you!!

Yes, S770-30 with a 30E stamp option will hold a 30 pound sash. Orders can be placed on our site using the link I posted.
