A home owner from USA says:
The balancers I need to replace are stamped Caldwell 20 3 KK.

I looked through your pages and it looks like it would be a S380-20.

The window weighs 19.6 lbs, so I figure that means the 1950 option also.

Could you please confirm this before I order.

Also, it looks like the shoe and top attachments are included. Please also confirm this.

Everything looks accurate. The only thing I'm not sure about is the bottom shoe. You will have to confirm whether you have the 15-005 or the 15-004, I can't tell based on these images. Check out the picture below to see the difference between these two parts.
