Balance ID and associated parts

Hello, Swisco

We need to replace these broken pulleys on double hung windows, or perhaps even the entire inserts and mechanisms.

There does not seem to be any brand associated with these windows.

This photo decicts the ends. Will you also need dimensions of the track channel that the vinyl track resides in?

The windows are both 36 x 60

Awesome, thank you. We can replace this, though it will have to be specially made. I believe it would be our S751-27 channel balance, but with the bottom shoe it comes with swapped out for our 15-197 locking terminal. Does that look good to you? I also think we would use our 26TG stamp for sashes weighing 24 through 31 pounds. I recommend weighing your sash on a scale to confirm that this is right.
