Thanks for your post! This balance can likely be replaced with the S795-31 Channel Balance. To determine which stamp option you'll need to for the replacement, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the window sash. There is a chart below the product description of the balance that lists the weight ranges each stamp option can support.

This is the pivot pin that on the sash and the sash weights 13 1/2 lbs

This pivot bar can likely be replaced with the 26-318 Pivot Bar but you'll need to be sure to carefully compare the dimensions to confirm. 

I would also suggest taking a look at the 26-021, which is what typically recommend using the 26-021 with our T-lock shoes.

The measurements do not match what I'm trying to Match up the pivot I have is 3 1/8" long 7/16" wide and 5/16" thick the part that goes in the sash is 2 1/2" long and the tail piece that goes in the balance shoe is 5/8" long thanks

Yes, I understand. We do not have an exact replacement match for your pivot bar, unfortunately. So long as at least one of the installation hole placements is a match, one of these should work for your repairs.

There is also a chance the 26-366 could work but I am not as confident it will be a match.
