Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help with this, but it will have to be a custom order since the configuration isn't part of our stock catalog.

We'll use the S770-30 and swap the default terminal clip with the 15-044 balance attachment. Does this sound good to you? If so, please let me know how many balances you'd like to order.

If you need the pivot bar and shoe, take a look at the 26-444 and 15-216. We recommend reviewing the specifications and comparing them with yours to confirm a good fit.

Great! Can you confirm the letter after these stamps? If you need the 30B balances, can you also confirm how many? 

I'm happy to send you a quote, but I'll first need you to confirm the letter after the 24 and 28 stamps you gave.
