We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the length, extended travel pulley system and unique combination of end attachments. First, we'll need to see the metal clip attached to the end of the pulley cord of an undamaged balance to identify the correct replacement. Thank you! 

There are a variety of clips used with this type of balance and, unfortunately, we do not have a comprehensive list of all of them. This is why we need to see the original clip to determine the correct replacement. 

Casey is correct that, unfortunately, we won't be able to provide the balances you need without seeing the original hook. We also do not carry most of the clips used with these extended travel balances in our inventory to show you. That is why we require detailed photos to determine the exact specifications of the balances that we would need to order for you. It is also important to note that since these balances are made to order, they would not be able to be returned for a refund if they were incorrect. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist you based on the information you've provided so far but feel free to get back to us if you can locate an intact clip from one of the balances and we can go from there.
