Balance, Latches

Milestone windows: As you can see, the balance is marked UB 27E but measure 28". The window weighs over 28lbs.(E-class),so I'm assuming that 28 E would work. I need 16 balances. Can I get them in white? If so, I can do away with the white vinyl beauty strip.

Latch: Need the nylon portion of the latch.

Please see our 26-431P, this appears to match the latch/lock combo that you show in your second set of pictures. As for the balance, I'm not quite sure. Could you show me a picture of the clip at the end of the cord?

Our Series 770 channel balance actually comes in white by default.
