Balance Levers Missing?

Good Morning,

I have 3 Pella windows with what I believe are "balance Levers" missing on left and right sides. The windows do not stay up.

I wanted to clarify if this was the missing part and whether you sell the part.

Thanks for writing in, Susan. We believe you may be looking for our 26-406B Pella sash pivot bar. Take a look and see if this would make a good fit.
