Who manufactures this window? Need new pins for the sash, correct?

Thanks for posting! There is a chance we can supply you with the replacement hardware needed to replace your coil balance assembly. However, I'll need to see a photo of the hardware removed from the window to identify the right replacement.

The pin your are referring to is a window pivot bar. I'll also need to see a photo of this hardware to identify the right replacement.

Unfortunately, I am not able to tell by the sticker who manufacturers the window.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist with.

I was able to remove the upper sash. Here is a photo of the window pivot bar of the upper sash, plus a photo of the pivot bar from the lower sash. Can I get two new pivot bars for the upper, and two for the lower? That's a total of four needed.

Thanks for the photos. Take a look at our 26-336. Carefully compare it to your existing pivot bar to determine if this is the replacement you'll need.

You will need to locate an undamaged part to accurately confirm your measurements.
