Balance Option Not available

I am attempting to replace the 1/2 inch wide channel balances on two Alcan windows in my home. I have determined that I need the 19-005 Series 380 balance. The Length is 24 inches. The problem I have is the number stamped on the old balance is b 2305. The option on your site start at 2310, 2320, etc. So I am not sure what to order. Any assistance that you can provide is most welcomed. Thank you, Gary

I'm not familiar with that stamp! Your best bet is to simply weigh your sash and cross-reference that weight to the list of options we have under the S380-24.
