Coil Balance Parts need help

The spring balance recently broke in a window in my house and I am not able to find the replacement locally. Can you help me out? I have attached a picture of it from the other side of the window. The home was built in 2005. Thank you.

Based on the style of your shoe, I think you may want to consider 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. I also recommend looking at SWISCO part 15-182, bushing, and 15-186, Coil Balance Clip. Finally, for the coil spring itself, please see our Series 190 spring.
