Balance Pivot Shoe

I need to replace my Balance Pivot Shoes for a tilt in window that was purchased from Lowe's 6 years ago The glass has the markings G414-00202-1805
Can you please tell me what Balance Pivot Shoes I need to purchase from you?

Thank you for your answer.
The dimensions for the pivot shoe are:
2 1/16" long x 15/16" wide x 9/16" deep.
