Hello,

We can provide these balances for you but they will need to be custom made with our 15-007 bottom and 19-035 top attachments. That being said, the 141 stamp on your metal channel is a bit unusual. 

I believe it indicates that you'll need 1410 strength options for your new balances to support a window sash weighing between 4 to 6 lbs. If you could confirm that your window sash falls within this weight range, we'd be happy to get an order link and price quote together for you. Thank you!
