I am trying to make sure I am ordering the correct replacement parts. The only number I was able to identify was 2830. The bottom part has broken off. Do you sell a kit that will provide all the parts necessary, or will I need to identify each part separately before ordering.

This is a Series 351 or Series 390 balance, depending on the bottom attachment. If you have the 1" shoe below, choose S351-29. If it's 1-1/8", choose S390-29. 2830 is a weight code, and the product comes fully assembled with plastic attachments and a pulley system in the channel.
