Balance Replacement

A quick learner from North Venice, FL says:

The Balance I have and depicted in the attached pictures has a Plain Channel, rounded corners on both ends, 28" Long (metal to metal), 9/16' Wide, 1/2" Deep, the Number 27F is stamped on the back, the Sash Weight is 34 to 36 lbs.

Included is a picture of the Shoe in the Window Frame (IMG_0002)

Thanks for posting. If the metal channel is indeed 28" long, then see our S770-28. If your window sash definitely weighs between 34 and 36 lbs, the stamp option 28F should work for you, but I advise double-checking the sash weight to get as precise a measurement as possible to be certain. If you need to replace the pivot shoe also, see our 15-178. Compare with your old shoe to confirm it's a match.
