This part came out of a vinyl replacement window. it's a double-hung 30"W X 61"H.
The only markings I saw was an H on the back of the paw (the part that holds the window) and the number 4 stamped on the coil.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks for posting, James. We do sell this balance assembly, but its components are only available separately. See our 15-180 pivot shoe, 15-181 detent clip, 15-182 bushing, and Series 190 spring. If your springs support 4 pounds each then that would be our S190-440.
Tom,
Thank you for the information. You said if the spring support 4 lb each. I weighed the window lower sash and it is 15.2 lbs, does that change the coils?
Jim
Hey, Jim. For a 15.2 pound sash, I actually still think 4 pounds per spring is your best bet. That gives you 16 pounds of total support; this isn't exact but I don't think being only a pound off is going to be the end of the world. You probably won't notice a difference once they're installed.
Awesome, thank you so much! Your business means a lot.
Please let us know if we can be of any assistance in the future.
