Looking for replacement balances for these older block and tackle balances. The weight of the window is 22 lbs.

We appreciate you reaching out to us. We don't sell replacements for the naked spring assembly in your photos, unfortunately. If this is a wood window, your best bet would be to contact a local millwork. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
