Balance Replacement

Question

I need a replacement balance for one of the windows. Hopefully the pictures are clear enough for someone to help me get the right one.

We'd be happy to help but your balance is a bit too damaged to identify. If you could show us the part the pulley hook connects to and confirm how the balance attaches to the top of the window jamb, that would help us narrow down your options. Thank you!
