Hello,

These are 10-11 of 11 pictures. These 2 pictures are of another window. I was unable to remove this window at this time. I believe the windows are Kinco, series Mark 40/50.

Please let me now what Balance to purchase.

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need a bit more information to narrow down your options. If you could show us the connecting point between the spring and pulley inside the metal channel, that would help us confirm if our stock balances could work for your repair or if they would need to be special ordered.

I'd also recommend weighing your window sash since the strength code on your balance is from an outdated system. Knowing the sash weight will help us confirm the spring calibration needed for your replacements. Thank you!

I will get the picture and weight for you. Stay tuned.

Thanks,

Thanks for getting back to us. With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-30 or S385-30 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You'll also need 2940 (23-28 Ibs.) or 2950 (28-32 Ibs.) strength options, which will both support a 28-pound sash. Note that both balances will need to have the same strength options. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Thanks Casey!

I measured and it is 1 inch exactly. Based on what you have said I would order a pair of S380-30 with 2940 strength - correct?

Thanks!

Correct, the S380-30 channel balances with 2940 options will work based on the information you've provided.
