Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the S380-33 and S385-33 channel balances. The best match will depend on the depth of the bottom shoe, as shown below. 

You can select the 3230 stamp option for the 3230 balances and the 3240 stamp option for the 3240 balances.

Thanks for the additional photos. Our suggestion remains the same, so you'll have to measure the bottom shoe as shown in the diagram above to determine which Series is best for your repair.
