Balance S395 weight determination

Your stamp codes would generally correspond to 2940 and 2920 strength options. With that being said, the stamp codes do not confirm the correct replacements. There is also a version of the CMC stamped balances that have a different style spring and pulley system than our stock balances, which we can supply through a custom order. To confirm if you need stock or custom balances, we would need to see an intact assembly removed from one of your windows. We'd need to see both end fittings and the connecting point between the spring and pulley system. Thank you.
It is really does not matter to me what is inside of those balances as long as your standard balances will work. Therefore, question is: do i really need to order custom ones?
The connecting point between the spring and pulley is an important factor and could affect the functionality of the balances over time if the incorrect replacements are installed. Seeing photos of an intact original balance is the only way to confirm if the stock or custom balances are needed for your repair.

Good news! Your balance has the same pulley and spring connection as the stock S395-30 balances. You'll select 2940 and 2920 strength options for your replacements.
