The balance clips shown in your photo resemble the 19-043 shown below. If you decide to replace the clips, make sure to secure the cord in a bench vice so that it doesn't slip from your grip. Due to the amount of tension that these balances are under, not taking the appropriate safety measures can result in damage to the balance or personal injury.
