Balance Shoe

I need replacement balance shoes, the top where the rope loops through cracked, allowing the rope to slip out. The window is a Pella Architect Series Jan 2005-Jan 2011 Double Hung. Part number on the window is PEL-0708-ASCDHV21Z3-045AD57AWHT-521S. The balance shoe is 1.7" tall, 0.6" wide, and 0.52" thick.

Unfortunately, we do not carry the balance shoe shown in your photos. In this case, you would need to contact Pella directly for replacements. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
