We appreciate you contacting us! Your pivot lock shoe can be replaced with the 15-216 T-Lock Pivot Shoe. Since it is sitting at the bottom of the sash, there is a chance you may also need to replace the channel balances. So, you'll need to be sure to examine those as well.
