Balance Shoe for vinyl tilt window

Question

Dimensions: 2"tall X 1-3/16" wide X 5/8" thick.
Part# on back is either 6119398 or could be 6119998. Hard to read number, most likely the first number. It has a metal cam.
Window was made and installed by Air-Tite Windows which has gone out of business.
Please advise which replacement part will work.

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. I'm afraid we don't have this exact pivot shoe. They don't really make this style with a metal cam anymore.

At first glance, this reminds me of our 15-120. Our dimensions are a little different from yours, though. Ours is 1-1/4" wide and 13/16" thick. The "mouth" of the cam is 1/2" wide by 5/16" high.

Double check your dimensions and see what you think. I can't find anything else that has that extra large "mouth" like what I see on yours and on our 15-120.
