I need to replace the window balance springs. The weight of the window is 20 LBS.
Please send me the item number of each part and the cost of each spring. Thank you so much!

Hi Gilbert. It looks the top attachment lacks 'wings', or side tabs, while the bottom fitting or shoe has them. Please confirm. If so, I think you need the S350-28 Channel Balance. For a stamp option go with 2730. Let me know if you have any questions.

Do some top attachments come without side tabs? I removed five more windows; they all have no side tabs on the top attachment.

Yes, they come in both varieties, tabbed and non-tabbed. In the case of the S350-28 that I recommended, the top fitting does not have tabs, the same as the hardware in your photos.
