Balance Spring

Question

Hello! I have a double hung window (Capitol 9555 series) cannot hold window. It looks the coil balance spring was broken. The number on the spring is "7". Could you tell which spring model I should buy? Thanks!

Hello! We can certainly help you with your coil balance. In order to replace this you will need the 15-180 coil balance shoe, the S190-740 coil balance spring, the 15-181 double support clip, the 15-182 balance bushing and finally, the 33-073 phillips screw. Hope this helps!
