Balance Spring for Simonton single-hung vinyl

Question

Please see the attached photo of the label from the window, as well as the broken spring. The stamping on the spring is very warn, but I can read the following:

5" P
...32208 #4.0 35"

On the square plastic fitting with metal insert, I see "PAT. NO. 5,704,165"

I would like to order some replacements, along with installation instructions.

Thanks for posting, Dave. I think you might want to consider either our S160-4 or S165-4 spring. Check them out and let me know what you think.
