What does a 30-3 Balance Stamp match?

Question

I am trying to replace several of the window balances in my house. I have the 1/2" x 31" long channels. They are stamped as 30 - 3. Would that correspond to a 3030 balance on your site?

I also have a question on the shoe. It looks you have two that are the same but maybe only the color is changed

Thanks for posting! Yes, a stamp of 30-3 usually corresponds to our 3030 option. As for the shoes, I assume you're referring to the difference between our S385-31 and S380-31. This is a common question. The color doesn't matter, but the size does. I recommend you carefully go over our pictures and measurements to determine which size is closer to your own shoe. When measuring your old shoe, make sure to account for wear.
